About
49 years ago, I was introduced to Yoga in 4th grade. I was a quick learner, had difficulty sitting still, and by today's standard would be considered ADHD. Yoga gave me the ability to focus my attention and calm my mind. I became an "A" student, graduated in my junior year of High School, worked full-time days while attending college nights for 12 years to earn my Associates, Bachelor's and then MBA in International Business. I attribute this success to Yoga, and I want to share what I have learned with others.
